Did You Know?

• The Rye Y is a charitable organization. In 2016, we awarded over $455,000 to 354 families and individuals who needed a helping hand.

• One in 5 summer campers receives financial assistance, allowing them to enjoy a summer of friendship, belonging and accomplishment.

• Membership subsidies give teens a place to stay healthy and safe and adults a place to connect.

• Thanks to the generosity of our donors, we are able to provide LIVESTRONG at the YMCA free of charge. The 12-week small group program helps cancer survivors reclaim their total health.

$50 provides a safe and fun afterschool haven for 10 teens.

$100 provides community and connection to a senior couple with a 1-month membership.

$175 gives a child a session of confidence building and life-saving swim lessons.

$300 allows a child to learn new skills and make friends at a week of summer camp.

$500 provides 1 month of after school care in a nurturing and enriching environment.
