Welcome to the Rye Y’s March Madness website!
Now in its third year, we are honored to have Susan & Chris Leslie and Mary & Mark Miller as our co-chairs. They enthusiastically raised their hands to lead this fundraising event and we owe them all a big college cheer for their hard work and great team spirit on behalf of the Y.
Proceeds from March Madness are contributed directly to the “Y Cares” financial assistance program of the Rye Y. In 2012, the Y awarded over $508,000 in scholarships to individuals and families in need. Your support plays a vital role in helping the Y help our neighbors, leading to a stronger, healthier community.
An event such as this takes months of planning, hard work and generosity of spirit. Our deepest gratitude to the members of the Auxiliary Committee for their vision and creativity in shaping the evening’s activities. If they were a basketball team, they would surely be a team of giants!
