Enjoy one week in this custom 4 bedroom house.  It will accommodate up to 12 guests in four bedrooms, plus loft space. One of the few Kiawah houses with a private pool and hot tub, it is an ideal location for family vacation, or a long golf weekend with friends. There is a large furnished screened-in porch that overlooks the pool/spa area that is perfect for that morning cup of coffee or evening cocktail. The interior spaces have been elegantly equipped, with a gourmet kitchen, large granite island, and a living room that’s open and spacious. A dining table for ten completes the perfect place to gather for food and drink.
The master suite is located on the first floor and has a king bed, access to deck, large walk-in closet, his and her Carrara marble vanities in the modern and spacious bathroom, an additional dressing vanity, an air bath tub, and separate shower. This room is sure to pamper and rejuvenate.
There are two additional bedrooms upstairs. One guest bedroom has a queen bed and the other bedroom has five twin beds that are set up perfectly for the extended family. The landing also includes a pull out sofa.
The guest cottage is cozy with a queen bed and offers privacy and comfort and features an en-suite bathroom and a living area.

Come and spend the 4th of July week (July 3-11, 2015) on beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee in Wolfeboro, NH!  This 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom lakefront home was completely renovated in 2011 and is the perfect spot to enjoy all that the lake has to offer.  Located just 1.5 miles from downtown, you are just a short walk/bike/run from great shopping and restaurants.  You may not want to leave the house though, as there are plenty of things to do right out the back door:  swimming, jumping off the dock, bouncing on the water trampoline, hiking through the Sewall Road nature trails, reading a book on the back porch, or simply sitting on the dock enjoying the beautiful lake and mountain views!  Amenities include: all modern appliances, an outdoor shower, ping pong table, basketball hoop and so much more!  One day during your stay you will also receive a guided tour of the lake on the homeowners’ boat.  And if you’re really lucky, you may catch a glimpse of a few famous faces down at the town docks while you enjoy your nightly ice cream!
